On May 19, 2009, PT. Boustead Maxitherm Indonesia submitted Lawsuit of default and damages towards PT. Wachyuni Mandira through Registrar of South Jakarta District Court as case register No. 1233/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Jkt.Sel. PT. Wachyuni Mandira has appointed Novian & Partners as its attorney in the trial process at South Jakarta District Court to represent its legal interest as the Defendant. On October 15, 2009, South Jakarta District Court had given a Decision with conclusion to state that Lawsuit of PT. Boustead Maxitherm (The Plaintiff) is inadmissible.
