Law suit against PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. Could Not Be Accepted. There has been a legal connection between PT. Bank Permata as a creditor and Rudi Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama as a debtor, and to ensure the fulfillment of obligations to PT. Bank Permata, Tbk., Rudi Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama has put up security in the form of land along with the building as well as merchandise stock/inventory and personal guarantee. The fact that Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama could not perform the obligations related to the credit facilities which have been received from PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. Without any legal basis, Rudy Sutanto/PT. Tanaco Jaya Utama on April 24th 2006 has submitted a law suit against Pt. Bank Permata through West Jakarta District Court as registered under Civil Case No. 148/Pdt.G/2006/PN.Jkt.Bar. And to represent the legal interest in the said matter, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. has appointed Novian & Partners as the Attorney at Law. the west of Jakarta District Court through its Decision No.148/Pdt.G/2006/PN.Jkt.Bar. dated on November 16th 2006, stated that “The Law Suite could not be Accepted”. the appeal process at Jakarta higher Court, through its Decesion No.293/PDT/2008/PT.DKI dated on November 19th 2008 stated that confirm the decision of west of Jakarta District Court No.148/Pdt.G/2006/PN.Jkt.Bar dated on November 16th 2006.
