Bank Permata, Tbk has filed a Petition for Execution upon object of Encumbrance Right and upon such Petition for Execution, Achmanto Jahja Cs has filed a Resistance Lawsuit through North Jakarta District Court as in case Num. 14/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Jkt.Utr. And to represent its legal interest in such Case Num. 14/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Jkt.Utr, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as its Legal Attorney. On September 16th, 2015, The Council of Judges at North Jakarta District Court has given The Judgment on Case No. 14/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Jkt.Utr in which stated among others to Decline The Resistance Lawsuit by Defendants
