To execute The Award by Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) Num. 343/III/ARB-BANI/2010, PT. Multi Adverindo and PT. Geostructure Dynamics has filed a petition for Judgment execution through Central Jakarta District Court with placing PT. Manunggal Engineering as THE PETITIONEE. To represent the legal interest of PT. Manunggal Engineering in such process, PT. Manunggal Engineering has appointed Novian & Partners as Its Legal Attorney. Because of The Petition for Execution has been filed against assets of PT. Ranyza Energi, so PT. ranyza Energi has filed a Lawsuit through Kisaran District Court as in Case Num. 6/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Kis. Such Lawsuit also placing PT. Manunggal Engineering as 3rd DEFENDANT, and PT. Manunggal Engineering has appointed Novian & Partners as its Legal Attorney to represent the legal interest of 3rd DEFENDANT in trial Num. 6/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Kis at Kisaran District Court. 1st trial of The Lawsuit by PT. Ranyza Energy has been held at Kisaran District Court on March 24th, 2015.
