On April 24th, 2014 Novian & Partners as The Legal Attorney of PT. INTERSATRIA BUDI PERKASA MULIA has filed a Lawsuit based on Unlawful Act against PERHIMPUNAN PENGHUNI RUMAH SUSUN HUNIAN (PPRSH) APARTEMEN CASABLANCA MANSION as in Case Num. 238/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Jkt. Sel at South Jakarta District Court. On February 2nd, 2015, The Council of Judges at South Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment of Case Num. 238/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Jk.Sel in which stated to grant The Lawsuit by The Plaintiff partly and state that The Defendant has done Unlawful Act (onrechtmatige daad) causing loss to The Plaintiff.
