There was a legal relationship between PT. Insight Investment (1st PALINTIFF) and PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk (17th DEFENDANT) and in relation with such legal relationship, PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk is a Trustee on 1st Issuance of Subordinated Bond which was given by PT. Bank Global Internasional. Upon such legal matter, PT. Insight Investment has filed a Lawsuit based on Illegal Action through Central Jakarta District Court as in Case Num. 255/Pdt.G/2008/PN.Jkt.Pst by placing PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk as 17th DEFENDANT, PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners as Their legal Attorney. On April 22nd, 2009, The Council of Judges at Central Jakarta District Court gave Their Judgment Num. 255/Pdt.G/2008/PN.Jkt.Pst which stated to decline all the subject matters related to PT, Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk.
