On March 26th of 2013, PT. Bank ANZ Indonesia filed The Bankruptcy Petition against PT. Maxima Infrastruktur through Commercial Court on Central Jakarta District Court as Case Num. 18/Pdt.Sus/Pailit/2013/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. and to represent the legal interest as The Respondent, PT. Maxima Infrastruktur appointed Novian & Partners as Its Attorney in Law. Whereas between PT. Bank ANZ Indonesia and PT. Maxima Infrastuktur, there was a legal relationship as in Assignment of Cash Deposit No.100123/ACD/April/2008 dated on April 30th of 2008 referred to Loan Agreement dated on April 30th of 2008 referred to The Amendments. On May 16th of 2013, The Council of Judges at The Commercial Court on Central Jakarta District Court gave The Judgment of Case Num. 18/Pdt.Sus/Pailit/2013/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. in which stated to decline the Bankruptcy Petition by The Petitioner (PT.Bank ANZ Indonesia). As for the legal consideration of the Judgment is because there is no facts or condition which has been simply evidenced and there is no other Creditor of The Respondent.
