Whereas, PT. Multi Adverindo and PT. Geostructure Dynamics submitted Request for dispute resolution by arbitration against PT. Manunggal Engineering through Indonesian National Board of Arbitration, as registered in Registry of BANI in Case No. 343/III/ARB-BANI/2010, and the arbitration tribunal has given the Verdict on such Case on December 6, 2010. Whereas, upon such Verdict of Indonesian National Board of Arbitration, based on Article 70 point c Law Number 30 Year 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Disputes Resolution, PT. Manunggal Engineering has submitted an Application to annul the arbitration award through the Central Jakarta District Court as in Case No. 36/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Pst. dated January, 27, 2011. The Central Jakarta District Court will conduct examination upon such Application to annul the arbitration award submitted by PT. Manunggal Engineering immediately.
