On September 7, 2023, the Panel of Judges of the DKI Jakarta High Court has issued a Decision in Civil Case No. 504/PDT/2023/PT DKI Jo No. 1092/PDT.BTH/2021/PN.JKT.BRT dated September 7, 2022 with the following ruling:
– Receive the Appeal Petition from the Appellant originally the Execution Counterparty;
– Affirm the Decision of the West Jakarta District Court No. 1092/Pdt.Bth/2021/PN Jkt Brt dated September 7, 2022 which is appealed.
Against the Decision of Civil Case No. 504/PDT/2023/PT DKI dated September 7, 2023, Mrs. Kirana Kwee (APPELANT/EXECUTION DEFENDANT) on October 27, 2023 has filed an Application for Cassation and on November 9, 2023 has submitted a Memorandum of Cassation against the Decision of the DKI Jakarta High Court No. 504/PDT/2023/PT DKI dated September 7, 2023.
Therefore, Novian & Partner as the attorney of Drs. H. Ade Swara/PT. Kereta Kencana Bangun Perkasa (RESPONDENT OF APPEAL/RESPONDENT TO THE EXECUTION) has submitted a Counter Memorandum of Cassation on December 7, 2023 through the Registrar of the West Jakarta District Court.
Currently, the case file of Decision No. 504/PDT/2023/PT DKI dated September 7, 2023 Jo No. 1092/PDT.BTH/2021/PN.JKT.BRT dated September 7, 2022 is in the process of being sent to the Indonesian Supreme Court.
