On February 27, 2024, the Panel of Judges of the Bekasi District Court gave a decision in Civil Case No. 377/Pdt.G/2023/PN Bks with the following ruling:
ADJUDICATE
IN THE CONVENTION :
Declare the Plaintiff’s lawsuit inadmissible;
IN THE CONVENTION :
Stating that the Counterclaim cannot be accepted (niet ontvankelijke verklaard);
Against the verdict of case No. 377/Pdt.G/2023/PN Bks dated February 27, 2024, on March 1, 2024 Mr. M Yasin (CONVICTION PLAINTIFF/ RECONVICTION PLAINTIFF/APPELLANT) has declared an appeal and on March 8 has submitted a Memorandum of Appeal against the verdict of the Bekasi District Court No. 377/Pdt.G/2023/PN Bks dated February 27, 2024.
Against the statement of Appeal and Appeal Memory, Ir. Jansariden/PT. Pesona Tamanindo has appointed Novian & Partner to represent and defend legal rights and interests at the Appeal Level at the Bandung High Court.
Therefore, Novian & Partner for and on behalf of Ir. Jansariden /PT. Pesona Tamanindo (CONVICTION DEFENDANT / RECONVICTION PLAINTIFF / RESPONDENT OF APPEAL) has submitted a Counter Memorandum of Appeal on March 15, 2024 through the Bekasi District Court Registrar.
Currently, the file of Civil Case No. 377/Pdt.G/2023/PN Bks dated February 27, 2024 is in the process of being sent to the Bandung High Court.
