Entong Yahya Bin Suminta Dkk has filed a lawsuit against Sukamaju 1 Public Elementary School, Labuan Subdistrict (Defendant I) and Sukamaju Village Head (Defendant II) through Pandeglang Religious Court as Case No. 405/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Pdlg.
Novian & Partners (who is also the Attorney of Pandeglang Regency Government) has been authorized by Sukamaju 1 Public Elementary School, Labuan Sub-district (Defendant I) and Sukamaju Village Head (Defendant II) to represent the legal interest of Defendant I and Defendant II in Case No. 405/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Pdlg at Pandeglang Religious Court.
On October 16, 2023, the Panel of Judges of Pandeglang Religious Court has read out the Decision of Case No. 405/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Pdlg which basically rejected the Plaintiff’s Lawsuit entirely.
