Based on Minutes of Auction No. 204/2015 dated May 18, 2015 and Decision of the South Jakarta District Court No. 601/Pdt.G/2015/PN.Jkt.Sel dated October 20, 2016 Jo. Jakarta High Court Decision No. 494/PDT/2017/PT.DKI dated November 20, 2017 Jo. Republic Indonesian Supreme Court Decision No. 2115 K/Pdt/2018 dated October 8, 2018 Jo. Supreme Court Decision No. 216 PK/Pdt/2020 dated June 18, 2020 which has been legally binding (Inkracht Van Gewijsde), Novian & Partner for and on behalf of Mr. Joko Supriyanto has submitted an Application for Vacation Execution to the South Jakarta District Court against the object in Minutes of Auction No. 204/2015 dated May 18, 2015.
On November 16, 2023, the South Jakarta District Court led by the Bailiff based on the Stipulation of the South Jakarta District Court No. 16/EKS.RL/20222/PN.JKT.SEL dated March 7, 2022 has carried out the Execution of Emptying against the object of Minutes of Auction No. 204/2015 dated May 18, 2015 as in the Minutes of Execution of Emptying No. 16/EKS.RL/20222/PN.JKT.SEL dated November 16, 2023.
