The Regional Government of Pandeglang Regency has appointed Novian & Partners as the Legal Counsel to represent the legal interests of Pandeglang District Government as Defendant I and Defendant II in civil case no. 12 / Pdt.G / 2017 / PN.Pdl at the Pandeglang District Court.
On February 27, 2018, the Pandeglang District Court has granted a Decision to civil cases no. 12 / Pdt.G / 2017 / PN.Pdl with ammar Stating the Lawsuit Ny. Hj. Nersih, Dkk can not be accepted (niet onvankelijke verklaard).
