On may 8 March 2017 has been implemented the season first Criminal Case No. 040/Pid.Sus-TPK/2017 on behalf of the defendant Ratu Atut Chosiyah at the Corruption Court in Central Jakarta Court, with events reading indictment by Public Prosecutor on Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).
A hearing next will be held on the 15th of March 2017, with events of the martys who witnessed examination of the public prosecutor.
