Bintangar Maju Abadi Cs at Central Jakarta District Court as in Civil Case Num. 358/Pdt.G/2016/PN.Jkt. Pst, after several meeting in Mediation has been done, due to disagreement in such Mediation, then Mediator stated that The Mediation has been failed and returned The Case File to Concil of Judges.
furthermore, The Council of Judges of Civil Case Num. 358/Pdt.G/2016/PN.Jkt. Pst, will hold an examination in such case and on November 15th, 2016, a trial has been held on Civil Case Num. 358/Pdt.G/2016/PN.Jkt. Pst at Central Jakarta District Court with agenda of Reading of The Lawsuit by The Attorney of The Plaintiff.
