TB. Sukatma, SH. MH., Dian Juniar Amellya, SH., MH and Nicholas R.E Harahap SH., from Novian & Partners Lawfirm, have accompanied Ir. Iing Suwargi in whole trial process of Case Num. 05/Pid. Sus/TPK/2016/PN. Srg at Corruption Court at Class 1A Serang District Court.
After examination of witnesses, experts, The Accused, and evidences have been done, on September 27th, 2016 The Council of Judges at Corruption Court at Class 1A Serang District Court have annouce The Case Decision Num. 05/Pid. Sus/TPK/2016/PN. Srg, in which stated to:
1. State THE ACCUSED Ir. Iing Suwargi has not been legally and convincingly proven done criminal act as in Primary Accusation;
2. Hence Acquit THE ACCUSED Ir. Iing Suwargi from The Primary Accusation;
3. State THE ACCUSED Ir. Iing Suwargi has been legally and convincingly proven jointly done criminal act as in Subsidiary Accusation.
4. Hence Impose a penalty upon THE ACCUSED Ir. Iing Suwargi with imprisonment of 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months and Fine in amount of IDR.50,000,00.00 (fifty million Rupiahs) with condition if The Fine has not been paid, it would be replace with confinement of 1 (one) month.
Furthermore towards The Decision, on September 27th 2016, THE ACCUSED has filed an appeal.
