The corruption charge of Criminal Acts of Corruption Case No. 5/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/PN.Srg is connected to the Programs or Projects of the Health Service of the City of South Tangerang FY 2011 and 2012, consisting of:
1. FY 2011 : Large Scale Rehabilitation Project of Puskesmas Parigi, additional room construction for Puskesmas Pisangan, Room Rehabilitation Program of Puskesmas Kranggan, Rehabiitation Project of South Tangerang City Hospital.
2. FY 2012 : Large Scale Rehabilitation Project of Puskesmas Pondok Jagung, Large Scale Rehabilitation Project of Puskesmas Pondok Aren, Large Scale Rehabilitation Project of Puskesmas Kampung Sawah, continuation of the South Tangerang City Hospital Rehabilitation Project.
Henceforth the DEFENDANT has been indicted with the main charge of violating Article 2 Paragraph (1) Jo. Article 18 Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 1999 concerning The Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2001 Jo. Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Criminal Code, along with the subsidiary charge of violating Article 3 Jo. Article 18 Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 1999 concerning The Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2001 Jo. Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Criminal Code.
On June 22nd 2016, The Council of Judges of the Court for Criminal acts of Corruption of the District of Serang class 1A have heard the testimony of the Expert Witness, the next trial proceeding will be held on July 20th 2016 with the agenda of DEFENDANT testimony hearing.
