Sri Mulyahartono during the judicial process concerning the Criminal Acts of Corruption Case No. 10/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/PN.Srg in the Court for Criminal Acts of Corruption of the District Court of Serang class 1A.
The corruption charge of Criminal Acts of Corruption Case No. 5/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/PN.Srg is connected to the Ratification of the Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah/APBD) of the Province of Banten FY 2016. Henceforth the DEFENDANT has been indicted with the main charge of violating Article 12 b Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 1999 concerning The Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2001 Jo. Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Criminal Code, along with the subsidiary charge of violating Article 11 Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 1999 concerning The Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2001.
After the examinations of the Expert Witness, Witnesses and the Correlating Evidence gathered during the investigation in court, on June 20th 2016, Attorney of the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi/KPK) have read their charge against the DEFENDANT. The Legal Counselor of the DEFENDANT then read their defense (pledoi) for the DEFENDANT on June 27th 2016. The Council of Judges of the Case No. 10/Pid.Sus/TPK/2016/Pn.Srg will hold the next trial on July 26th 2016 with the agenda of the reading of the Verdict.
