There has been a legal relationship between PT. Bank Permata, Tbk as Creditor and Achmanto Jahja as Debtor and Enywati, such legal relationship is in relation with banking facilities from PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. Due Banking Credit Facility which has been given by PT. Bank Permata, Tbk, could not be returned in the same amount and term agreed in Credit Agreement, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk through Novian & Partners on March 3rd, 2014 has filed an Application for the Execution of The Encumbrance Rights through the North Jakarta District Court by putting Achmanto Jahja as 1st Respondent and Enywati as 2nd Respondent. The Application For The Execution was filed upon land located in North Jakarta and land located in Bekasi, both are the object of The Encumbrance Rights. Toward such Application for the Execution of The Encumbrance Rights, North Jakarta District Court has given The Judgment Num. 12 / Ex / SHT / 2014 / PN.Jkt.Ut., dated on May 4th, 2015 and currently, The Execution is taking place.
