Due to the request for seizure execution was made to assets belonging PT. Ranyza Energi, which is not a party involved in the case, PT. Ranyza Energi filed an OBJECTION through the District Court of Kisaran as stated in Case No. 6/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Kis. the OBJECTION was made against PT. Multi Adverindo and PT. Geostructure Dynamics, also PT. Manunggal Engineering was placed as THIRD OBJECTED/OBJECTED III.PT. Manunggal Engineering appointed Novian & Partners as its attourney to represent the ilegal interests of the THIRD OBJECTED/OBJECTED III in the Case No. 6/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Kis in the District Court of Kisaran. On December 22nd 2015 , the District Court of Kisaran Council of Judges handed down the Case Verdict No. 6/Pdt.Plw/2015/PN.Kis, with the decision as follows: ADJUDICATION 1. Ranyza Energi with the total area of 52 Ha (fifty two hectares).
