On July 1st 2015, PT. Sony Indonesia filed a Lawsuit for a Breach of Contract against PT. TRIUMVIRATE TAHTA TECHNOLOGY acting as the DEFENDANT, alongside PT. PGAS SOLUTION acting as the CO DEFENDANT, as stated in the Civil Case No. 413/Pdt.G/2015/PN.Jkt.Brt. in the District Court of West Jakarta. PT. PGAS SOLUTION as the Co Defendant appointed Novian & Partners as its attourney in court for said CaseNo. 413/Pdt.G/2015/PN.Jkt.Brt in the District Court of West Jakarta. On January 14th 2016, the District Court of West Jakarta Council of Judges gave the case verdict No. 413/Pdt.G/2015/PN.Jkt.Brt with the decision as follows, to declare thath the DEFENDANT (PT. TRIUMVIRATE TAHTA TECHNOLOGY) has indeed conducted a breach of contract and sentenced the DEFENDANT (PT. TRIUMVIRATE TAHTA TECHNOLOGY) to pay the overdue liabilities to the PLAINTIF in cash and immidiately pay the sum of Rp. 397.049.730,- (three hundred ninety seven million forty nine thousand seven hundred and thirty Rupiah), and an additional interest for its debt of 6% (six percent).
