Against The Judgment by South Jakarta District Court Num. 535/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Jkt.Sel in which stated to Decline The Lawsuit by The Plaintiff for whole parts, Jullya Feronica has filed AN APPEAL to DKI Jakarta High Court and on August 20th, 2014, DKI Jakarta High Court has given The Judgment Num. 244/PDT/2014/PT.DKI in which stated to Affirm The Judgment by South Jakarta District Court Num. 535/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Jkt.Sel dated on September 9th, 2013. Against The Judgment by DKI Jakarta High Court Num. 244/PDT/2014/PT.DKI dated on August 20th, 2014, Jullya Feronica has submit a Cassation, and in such cassation process, Novian & Partners has been appointed as Legal Attorney to represent the legal interest of PT. Bank Permata, Tbk (as THE RESPONDENT OF CASSATION). Due to period of time set by Law, Jullya Feronica has not filed a Memory of Cassation through The Registrar of South Jakarta District Court, then The Chief of South Jakarta District Court through The Stipulation Num. 535/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Jkt.Sel. in conjuction with. Num. 244/PDT/2014/PT.DKI., dated on March 2nd, 2015, has stipulated that The Submission for Cassation filed by Jullya Feronica does not meet formal requirements, so that could not be accepted and the case files could not be sent to The Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia.
