Intibahari Windutama, Cs on February 11, 2015, the Kraksaan District Court has given the judgement on case Num. 44 / Pdt.G / 2013 / PN.Kraks in which stated that the lawsuit filed by Hj. Umi Cholilah, SH., M.Kn et al can not be accepted (niet ontvankelijke verklaard). Againts the Kraksaan District Court judgement under Num. 44 / Pdt.G / 2013 / PN.Kraks dated February 11, 2015, Hj. Umi Cholilah, SH., M.Kn et al Has filed a statement of appeal and to represent the legal interests of PT. Intibahari Windutama in the Surabaya High Court, Novian & Partners has been appointed by PT. Intibahari Windutama as its legal attorney.
