Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) has obtained a subsidiary loan from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia for the interest to finance Venture Capital projects. In relation with the restructuring of the loan agreement between PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, then Novian & Partners has been appointed by PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) to do Legal Due Dilegence and provide legal opinion towards: PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero), The Subsidiary of PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero), and the business network of PT. Bahana Artha Ventura. And on January 29th, 2015 Novian & Partners has provided a report of The Legal Due Dilegence to PT. BPUI (Persero) and has provided a legal opinions on February 4th, 2015 where PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) and its subsidiaries have complied with all the provisions of the law of the Republic of Indonesia in running a business, and loans obtained from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has been forwarded by PT. Bahana Artha Ventura to local venture capital Company in order to finance the investment projects.
