On February 11th, 2010 PT. Gunung Raja Paksi has filed a lawsuit based on Default against PT. Manunggal Engineering through the Registrar of Central Jakarta District Court as in case No. 69 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Jkt.Pst. PT. Manunggal Engineering has appointed Novian & Partners to represent its legal interests as Defendant in such case, and on September 1st, 2010 The Council of Judges at Central Jakarta District Court has given The Judgment Num. 69 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Jkt.Pst in which stated that the Lawsuit by Plaintiff could not be accepted. In Appeal process, DKI Jakarta High Court on February 29th, 2012 has given the Judgment on case Num. 551 / PDT / 2011 / PT.DKI in which stated among others to affirm The Judgment of Central Jakarta District Court Num. 69 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Jkt.Pst. PT. Gunung Raja Paksi has filed a cassation towards the Judgment of DKI Jakarta High Court Num. 551 / PDT / 2011 / PT.DKI., And on November 28th, 2014 the Supreme Court through the Judgment Num. 1827 K / PDT / 2013, has stated to decline the Submission for Cassation filed by PT. Gunung Raja Paksi.
