On November 30th, 2010, Ms. Mariyati Apandi Somadinata, Cs (the plaintiffs) has filed a lawsuit based on Unlawful Acts against PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (THE DEFENDANT) as in case Num. 697 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Jkt.Sel. And PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk has appointed Novian & Partners to represent it in such case at South Jakarta District Court. South Jakarta District Court has given the Judgment upon case No. 697 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Jkt.Sel in which stated to decline the lawsuit by plaintiffs for whole parts. DKI in which stated to affirm the Judgment of South Jakarta District Court Num. 697 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN. Jkt. Cells. Ms. Mariyati Apandi Somadinata, Cs has filed a Submission for Cassation towards The Judgment of DKI Jakarta High Court Num. 457 / PDT / 2012 / PT.DKI., And the Supreme Court through The Judgment Num. 1360 K / PDT / 2013 dated on December 22nd, 2014 has stated to Decline The Submission for Cassation by Ms. Mariyati Sopnadi Somadinata, Cs.
