DKI Jakarta High Court who examined the case in the Appeal level as case Num. 72 / PID / TPK / 2014 / PT.DKI., on November 18th, 2014 has given the verdict in which stated among others: 1. Granted The Request for Appeal by the Public Prosecutor at the Corruption Eradication Commission and the DEFENDANT or the DEFENDANT Criminal Defense Team; 2. Affirmed the Verdict of Corruption Court at Central Jakarta District Court Num. 44 / Pid. Sus / TPK / 2014 / PN. Jkt. Pst on September 1st 2014 which the appeal is requested for.
