Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk is a Trustee on 1st Issuance of Subordinated Bond which was given by PT. Bank Global Internasional. On April 22nd, 2009, Central Jakarta District Court gave The Judgment which stated to decline all the subject matters related to PT, Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. In Appeal process, DKI Jakarta High Court on September 18th, 2013, gave Their Judgment of Case Num. 213/PDT/2013/PT.DKI which stated among others to affirm The Judgment of Central Jakarta District Court Num. 255/Pdt.G/2008/PN.Jkt.Pst dated on April 22nd, 2009.
