On May 16th, 2012, Lioe Martinus Hartono and Lioe Bobby Sandy as THE PLAINTIFFS through their Legal Attorney Novian & Partners filed a Lawsuit based on Illegal Action against Education Foundation of National Institute Setia Budi as THE DEFENDANT through Sungailiat District Court as in Case Num. 27/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Sgt. The Lawsuit by Lioe Martinus Hartono and Lioe Bobby Sandy against Education Foundation of National Institute Setia Budi is in relation with the using of land owned by THE PLAINTIFFS without a consent. On Desember 6th, 2012 , The Council of Judges of Sungailiat District Court gave The Judgment on Case Num. 27/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Sgt which stated among others to grant the Lawsuit by THE PLAINTIFFS for parts and stated THE DEFENDANT has performed an illegal action and THE DEFENDANT was punished to give the land to THE PLAINTIFFS in empty state after The Judgment had permanent legal force. In the appeal process at Bangka Belitung High Court, Bangka Belitung High Court has granting decision case No.03/PDT/2013/PT.BABEL dated Juni 3rd 2013 to reinforce decision of Sungailiat District Court Num. 27/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Sgt
