There has been legal relationship between PT. Bina Guna Kimia (Plaintiff) and PT. Bumi Makmur Lestari Utama (Defendant) as Distributorship Agreement Number 043/BGK/DIST/2010 dated on January 1st of 2010, which Plaintiff as a manufacturer of agrochemical products. On February 21st of 2012, PT. Bina Guna Kimia through its Attorney Novian & Partners has filed a lawsuit based on default against PT. Bumi Makmur Lestari Utama through The Registrar of South Jakarta District Court as Case Number 101/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Jkt. Sel. And on May 28th of 2012, in mediation procedure at South Jakarta District Court has been signed the Agreement on Amicable settlement to resolve the obligations in which PT. Bumi Makmur Lestari Utama shall resolve its obligations towards PT. Bina Guna Kimia. And such agreement has been affirmed in The Judgment by South Jakarta District Court Number 101/Pdt.G/2012/PN.Jkt. Sel dated on May 28th of 2012
